We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for the North Georgia Mountain Area who have at least one year experience and currently certified in the state of Georgia.
Duties include:
- Assisting RN and providing nurse care to residents in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations
- Documenting medications and other necessary information on patient charts
- Monitor resident activity and communicate with residents, family members, and facility employees
- Prepare and administer medications under the direction of the RN or physician
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information
- Additional LPN responsibilities
