Lisa Massari, CSP
Division Manager

Lisa began her career in the recruiting and staffing industry over 20 years ago. Along with her dedication and commitment to excellence, she quickly understands the needs of her clients and candidates. With a consultative approach, she attracts top nursing talent for both short term contract and per-diem positions. She prides herself on her in-depth interview process which enables her to specifically match clients with the right recruiters and nursing talent. Bringing extensive knowledge of the industry based on years of experience, she genuinely enjoys working one on one with clients, candidates, and recruiters.
The Certified Staffing Professional program features rigorous content focused on employment and labor law at both the federal and state levels. It is the essential credential for staffing professionals, certifying your expertise to work with both employees and clients within the bounds of federal and state laws and regulations.
Daniel Smalls
Operations Manager
Location: Duluth, GA
Daniel joined BOS Medical Staffing in November 2017 as Credentials & Compliance Manager. In this role, he managed the credentialing process and fine-tuned the vetting process of hiring and onboarding new talent. Prior to joining BOS Medical, Daniel spent over 10 years in varied roles across several industries where he led, trained, and developed team members to ensure optimal performance to attain and exceed target goals. In his current role as Operations Manager, his responsibilities include managing the payroll, staffing, and recruiting operations, account management, conflict resolution, training, counseling, and development of staff.
Chanease Nichols
Staffing Coordinator
Location: Athens, GA
Chanease is a graduate from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology, minor in Sociology. She originally joined the BOS family in September of 2019 in the Staffing division as Front Office Coordinator before transitioning to BOS Medical in December. Her responsibilities include organizing, planning, and maintaining the schedules of medical professionals in the Greater Atlanta area.
Erica Prescott

Erica joined BOS Medical Staffing in March of 2020 as a Staffing Coordinator. Prior to her role with BOS Medical she worked at another staffing company where she led a team of 4 professional recruiters for executive search, government contractors, and direct hire roles. Erica is always striving to bring 100% to the work that she does, and her goal as a recruiter is to build strong, long lasting, and beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike. Erica’s passion for recruiting can be traced back to her pre- professional days. Whether as a member of her high school FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) team, or part of the campus interview team in college, she has been on a recruiting path from the start.

Jason Moody is a graduate from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. Jason joined BOS Medical Staffing in August of 2020 as a Recruiting specialist. Jason always approaches his work endeavors with focus and passion. His responsibilities include contacting candidates for potential work placements, ensuring all candidates have completed all pre & post-placement activities, maintaining candidate database, and assisting with pre-hire document management.
Sasha-Gaye King
Recruiting Specialist

Sasha joined BOS Medical as a Recruiting Specialist in March 2021. Sasha has 8 years of administrative experience, including as an Office Manager with another staffing company and Real Estate. Her skills and experiences include Advertising, Recruiting, and payroll processing. Sasha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Medgar Evers College- CUNY. Her responsibilities include contacting candidates for potential work placements, ensuring all candidates have completed all pre & post-placement activities, maintaining candidate database, and assisting with pre-hire document management and compliance.
