I have worked with BOS several times and I have never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. 

BOS has always worked diligently to provide our request for coverage timely. There have been no problems to date with anyone they have sent. Also, the staff in office at BOS is informative, they call with updates on coverage and work well with nursing facilities. 

BOS makes great effort to provide staffing assistance that meets our facility’s goal and vision: To provide quality care for our residents. 

Given my experiences during my time with BOS I have had all of my advantages explained to me as an employee and always treated as an equal.
