The staff have treated me with respect and dignity. They have worked with my schedule accordingly. 

I have worked with BOS several times and I have never had an issue that wasn’t resolved in a timely manner. 

BOS has always worked diligently to provide our request for coverage timely. There have been no problems to date with anyone they have sent. Also, the staff in office at BOS is informative, they call with updates on coverage and work well with nursing facilities.
